Publicis Sapient Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My compensation matches my level of experience in the industry and with the company.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Health Benefits are the best part of my compensation package. We were out of state and we went to an Urgent Care and needed a prescription for an allergic reaction. The cost was so shockingly low that the pharmacist said, "WOW, you have amazing coverage!"

Review from Product Dept

The compensation package includes some good benefits

Review from Product Dept

unlimited vacation and support of a remote work situations

Review from Design Dept

The unlimited PTO, additional holiday days (e.g., 2 days for 4th of July), and bonuses.

Getting a bonus that reflects the company

Unlimited vacation for full time employees in the US.

Total compensation package and benefits

Review from HR Dept

Bonus this year was paid out at 100%.

Bonus target and equity program

Review from HR Dept

The Benefits are very competitive

Bonuses are the best part

I think I am pretty fairly paid, my concerns are more around opportunities for advancement and career growth at the pace I would like. Overall I am pretty happy, no major reasons to leave, but our industry is very competitive right now and I am often recruited for roles 2-3 levels above me.

Review from Design Dept

Unlimited PTO, amazing healthcare benefits and work flexibility (Work Your World program).

Review from Marketing Dept

the yearly bonus we receive

Review from Marketing Dept

work life balance and pay

Review from Marketing Dept

Fairly compensated and great benefits

Review from HR Dept

Bonus, dental coverage, maternity leave policy

Review from Marketing Dept

Best in the industry which motivates to achieve extra mile.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation is not enough to live comfortably in certain cities

Review from Design Dept

Sapient is known ti have lower salaries compared to similar positions at other consulting firms. I could get a 30-50% increase if i moved companies right now, and our benefits are relied on too heavily and "oversold" as making up that difference. Same goes for teammates across multiple domains

Review from Product Dept

I would like to discuss my pay with them, because I feel like I am being underpaid.

Higher comp Better health plan Equity for more people to build wealth over time

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being closer to market value

Review from Design Dept

merit adjustments that meet inflation. Promotions process is unnecessarily beaureaucratic, and raises are too low. Easier to join a new company.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay comparable to market and comparable to new hires being brought in at same level, and more company-paid health benefits

Review from Product Dept

Money for health & wellness ($300 is nothing in NYC), work from home office supplies, better pay (comparable to deloitte or accenture) and quicker promotions. It's NOT a good thing to be a boomerang company. People leave and return so they can raise salary/title...try rewarding people who stay at PS

Review from Customer Success Dept

PS is below market level compared to competitors like Deloitte, PWC, ICF, etc. It needs to be raised to stay competitive.

Review from Product Dept

I think our pay has historically been less than market average as compared to our competitors and is a driving force behind our attrition in many cases

The pay among individuals in the same position is not consistent. Seems like people who are just joining Sapient now at a lower level are making more than people who have been here 5+ years. Comp audit needs to be done to help retention for long term employees

Promotions and merits need to be higher to remain competitive and keep up with the increased cost of living. Benefits need to be more comprehensive to include disability support and needs as well.

I do feel valued and know that my People Manager has been a great advocate for me and my compensation
