Within the company, people are treated like people and are far more than commoditized 'resources,' even when some of our clients treat our people that way on projects.
Flexibility, I feel as though the culture has become very toxic. Lack of communication and work life balance. Leadership don't seem to care for others time, if they want a meeting at 9pm it needs to happen.

- increase retention - increase pay and benefits - improve culture

leadership needs to be truly invested in change, money needs to be invested, hiring more diversity, ensuring equitable pay -- try public pay scales to even the playing fields (men make so much more money than women on average at PS)
