I honestly only have exposure to a few of them but I feel they are doing a good job
open door policy and generally very approachable
They are all good people and care about doing good work and providing a great environment to do our best.
Over the past three years they have successfully identified a go-to-market message that resonates with our clients and is aligned with the work we deliver. Although we were a successful company previously, this aligned go-to-market message is an attribute we previously lacked.
They are at the least TRYING to improve and implement Culture
They are approachable and nice

The leadership team openly communicates about everything happening at PS; the good and the bad. It helps to create a culture of transparency and is greatly appreciated by the employees.
This is local leadership and not global corporate leadership. Corporate leadership is actually pretty strong. Local BU leadership needs to communicate better and incentivize team to meet vision.
