What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

This is local leadership and not global corporate leadership. Corporate leadership is actually pretty strong. Local BU leadership needs to communicate better and incentivize team to meet vision.

Relating to the average employee Understanding the compensation landscape

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compensation for longtime employees is behind that of new hires at lower levels

Review from Customer Success Dept

Communication! Seems like everyone is on different tasks when it comes to RTO. The email Andrew Bruce sent was very early given Calgary and Toronto offices had no plan for RTO before the email was sent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

The compensation is not enough to live comfortably in certain cities

Review from Design Dept

Sapient is known ti have lower salaries compared to similar positions at other consulting firms. I could get a 30-50% increase if i moved companies right now, and our benefits are relied on too heavily and "oversold" as making up that difference. Same goes for teammates across multiple domains

Review from Product Dept

I would like to discuss my pay with them, because I feel like I am being underpaid.

Higher comp Better health plan Equity for more people to build wealth over time

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being closer to market value

Review from Design Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

we have had a lot of new people. Focusing on quality, ownership of work, and just basics about managing tasks to deadlines. We may need to start hiring people just to chase people down for their tasks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

- increase retention - increase pay and benefits - improve culture

Review from Design Dept

leadership needs to be truly invested in change, money needs to be invested, hiring more diversity, ensuring equitable pay -- try public pay scales to even the playing fields (men make so much more money than women on average at PS)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

culture is shifting. The market is forcing the quality of new candidates to be lowered at higher salaries. Local BU leadership needs to figure out how to balance things for longer term, quality employees before they leave

Increase compensation. Especially if you advertise that the company has done so well in consecutive years.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Toxic work behaviors and work life balance. The lack of diversity in our office is staggering.
