- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?my paid is based on a salary and the boss thinks that means 24 hours daily 7 days a week, Hourly employees are blessed with over time pay which I will never. I honestly think there should be a limit to the hour unless your are compensated for the exact time spent on the clock
