What do you like best about the leadership team?communication flows well with a friendly attitude
What are some of the best things about your team?each person's job duties drift into other's job areas and there is never any problem and we tend to work as a single unit in this respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?it is family owned and many of the family member work here, we are part of yet another fine family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?my paid is based on a salary and the boss thinks that means 24 hours daily 7 days a week, Hourly employees are blessed with over time pay which I will never. I honestly think there should be a limit to the hour unless your are compensated for the exact time spent on the clock
