What did you like most about the interview process?Very conversataional meeting focused on seeing if it's a good match.
What makes you most happy at work?the daily interactions with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?Cream of the crop intellectually and they want to be here. They could generally make more money if they were in consulting or some other industries, so if they're here, they are probably committed to the work and enjoy the challenge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They pay significantly below the prevaling wage
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers do not like the cost of their utilities. The company goes goes through employees so fast and they are not worried about their work ethic, maturity etc. I have seen people not properly trained and they make mistakes that have to be fixed by someone else.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? They go by an outline of questions and they are looking for certain words instead of being concerned about the person and their personality. Its only about how well you are at interviewing not you as a person
