    Customers do not like the cost of their utilities. The company goes goes through employees so fast and they are not worried about their work ethic, maturity etc. I have seen people not properly trained and they make mistakes that have to be fixed by someone else.

    They go by an outline of questions and they are looking for certain words instead of being concerned about the person and their personality. Its only about how well you are at interviewing not you as a person
