Poor culture. Constant turnover. Broken products

I've had an excellent experience. I have always done my job and done it well, and that has paid off with merit based raises, a long career at a company that I love, friendships, and bonds. I believe the work we do is for the greater good of the industry and we can say we always do right.

It is the best job I have ever had. I love the product, my team, the leadership and the direction they are moving. Proud.

Although COVID changed the dynamics of almost every single company, our culture and environment changed with it for the positive! I feel like the communication has never been more transparent, I video chat with my co-workers every single day, and can work from home in my pjs.

They spoil us when we have our national and regional meetings, treat us like family, give us unique experiences like Porsche Training Track and Ranch Retreat in Texas with tons of team building activities- awesome food, fun and effective training and show us a ton of appreciation
