What do you like best about the leadership team?
Driven and motivated professionals who have goal and they're going to hit it. Just not at the expense of their staff mental/physical wellbeing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
For lots of people, it's unlimited vacation and the ability to work from abroad (for limited periods of time). For me, it's the whole package - the bens, the pay, the vacay and the snacks in the office.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Sometimes too much fun gets in the way of productivity.
High performers but they also know how to have fun! They are also so supportive of eachother - it's a one team approach.

I like that it's supportive, goal oriented, and team focused.

The option for in person or Zoom calls.

What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom. You can work from home, work from the office. Work 4 hours, take a 2 hour break and finish off later in the day. Get the work done and the team/company is happy.
