How's the work life balance at QAD?
Most departments allow remote work and flexible work days. If you're in a department that needs extra hours or weekends, it's assumed you will do it unless you push back. I see too many people accruing max PTO hours which means they haven't been taking off enough until they might lose it.
What's the company culture like at QAD?
Many long term employees, including management. People are generally nice. Free continental breakfast and free buffet lunch. Sales are celebrated but not so much all the work done by other departments.
What are some of the best things about your team at QAD?
Team communicates well and we care about the product and we are all good at our jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at QAD?
Team is great. Micromanaging boss is horrible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at QAD?
It's not market value and it's not comparable to similar positions in company

Micromanagers are very damaging. It needs to stop.
What does the leadership team at QAD need to get better at?
Active listening would be a plus. Micromanaging needs to stop but it won't.
