Q&A With QAD Employees

Asked to all employees at QAD

  • Most departments allow remote work and flexible work days. If you're in a department that needs extra hours or weekends, it's assumed you will do it unless you push back. I see too many people accruing max PTO hours which means they haven't been taking off enough until they might lose it.
