I love my team and our Veterans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all help/ support each other in many ways despite being so distant from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great and supportive HR team, learning and development team and leadership team as well as some support staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my years of experience, I know they could have offered a higher salary. I do feel valued and supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Regional Manager is very supportive and approachable. She is willing to listen and help despite being off site. The rest of leadership we do not get to see often. I believe there can be better structure prior to rolling out new products, workflows.
