What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
pay more attention to the needs of the claimants and the details of other's events. I sometimes feel it's more of a numbers game.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better salary for the amount of work we do. We are always told MCO has the hardest job and so I would like to be compensated with a more livable wage
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Majority have the same goal as me which is to help as many veterans as we can to get the benefits they deserve. Also my supervisor is very supportive and actually cares for us which sets the tone for each work day
