    I feel undervalued because I'm not being paid what I'm worth. No matter how hard I work it's not recognized by my reviews. I know that reviews are based on a bell curve which only allows a certain number of employees to fall into the "exceeds" categories
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    There is a severe lack of understanding in the management area about what we do as techs, on both sides of the technical coin.
