Very straight forward and supportive

Completely lacking in understanding of how the department works and what is needed for improvement
Abolishment of pervasive classist attitudes. Better pay for employees instead of gross overcompensation of executives.

I feel undervalued because I'm not being paid what I'm worth. No matter how hard I work it's not recognized by my reviews. I know that reviews are based on a bell curve which only allows a certain number of employees to fall into the "exceeds" categories
Proper compensation for the teams that deserve it.
Better appraisal of actual value and skillset vs. comparable market. Less capricious and arbitrary salary decision-making by under-informed HR team.
Most people are collaborative and genuine/kind.

The elements that are persistently negative are fairly universal, so that's something you can bond over with your co-workers.
There is a severe lack of understanding in the management area about what we do as techs, on both sides of the technical coin.
Everyone was personable and shared a description of what it is like to work here.
At the time I interviewed, it was a far more streamlined and direct process with very little HR interaction or oversight.

Poor structure, poor management, disconnected executive team, extremely top-heavy company, lack of legitimate appraisal of employees regarding skills and performance and commensurate compensation.
