I was disrespected by my kitchen supervisor, i went home upset most days.
an extremely underpaid cooking staff.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managers discuss what they "dont like" then take anger out on everyone dont, really adress issues with certain employees
They could stop gossiping about everyone.
most co-workers are great, like most other places.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like Literally nothing at all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New mangement New employees Higher pay grade
The "newbies" get walked all over, seating situation is skipper and unfair, employees steal & are not held accountable
