What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Boss treats us like his family. Whatever he can do for us, he will. EXCEPT wages.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

ONE is GREAT...another is MED...another is SLOW...I think if wages were more than min wage we would get a better quality of workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have worked here for 6 years, I NOW make $8 an hour. I am loyal, dependable and the guests LOVE my service. I always get great reviews.
