Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Evaluations and job performance reviews not on time or never done. Took 6 months for our group to get a fair raise that we should have been paid regardless

Quit gossiping and quit starting petty high school squabbles. Actually work as a team.

More employees, more stuff stocked, machines fixed in a timely manner, less rooms to clean per housekeeper

That certain employees could do and say whatever they wanted because of favoritism. Everybody should be treated equally.
