If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Quantcast?the management has uneven performance. executives and some managers are great. Some of the team leads are from engineering team who are not particularly passionate about management so it could be a little messy in the process. So this is probably something they want to address. However, I am just talking about a small part of the teams. Most of the team managers are awesome.
