- What are some of the best things about your team?My team members are kind, supportive people. They are some of the smartest people I have worked with. We are collaborative. We thank each other and give credit where it is due. We will always step in for one another or help when needed.

- What do you like best about the leadership team?They have a clear vision and strong work ethic. They are a cohesive team that blends well together. They are genuinely concerned about their people and supportive of their growth. I have found them to be wise, innovative and kind.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Base comp is fair. They don't have any real benefits, or equity. Just options for a company that has no customers, no pipeline, no sales team, no prospects, and no IPO in sight.
