- What are some of the best things about your team?My team members are kind, supportive people. They are some of the smartest people I have worked with. We are collaborative. We thank each other and give credit where it is due. We will always step in for one another or help when needed.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Knowledgeable and experienced in the relevant areas. Not cookie cutter senior executives.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interview process was great. Recruiting was a solid experience and absolutely flawless. HR onboarding was well done. Office is /was gorgeous.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?focus on company culture. focus on hiring for personality a bit. get rid of toxic people
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Base comp is fair. They don't have any real benefits, or equity. Just options for a company that has no customers, no pipeline, no sales team, no prospects, and no IPO in sight.
