It was great at the beginning but management does not handle toxic environments very well. The victim of the toxic behavior is counseled and scrutinized rather than getting to the bottom of the issue and dealing with the ones causing the toxicity.

Communication between shifts is lacking.

Depending on the topic they are usually receptive to new ideas however proper recognition is often overlooked
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holiday pay. You get paid your base rate for the holiday whether you work it or not. And if you do you get time and a half on top.
