The senior leadership team is abysmal. They only care about themselves and their compensation.

I have the best team members! Everyone has everyone else's back. We need to or the company would eat us alive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation time I receive is the best. I was grandfathered at the max time allowed when I was with SmithKline Beecham.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company environment is very poor due to all of the outsourcing which has taken place. There are more consultants in IT than FTEs.
