This company is horrible. Overworking people. Putting to much pressure on employees and not caring about the employees.

Nothing. Interview was fine. Nothing to improve.

Nothing. Its all stressfull!!! Its all over working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very undervalued and for the 4 times the work (they require) the pay is not worth the stress.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough empoyees. Over working employees and no one wants to stay working. Hire more people and stop Over working.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This place is the worst place to work at. They overwork people and treat there employees like garbage. They can care less about the employees. Its disgusting!!!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude, compasion and reapect. If the employees wouldnt be over worked then people will actually get along and want to interact and look forward to working together .
