Leave employees to do their work independently. Do not make a big deal about little things. Lead by example. Will work right alongside techs to get the work done.

We work together. We don't fuss, gossip, or act petty. We are mature, independent, self-motivated, hard-working techs who just want to make sure the work gets done (and done right) so we can all go home.
