Great benefits from the start. Exempt PTO is odd as not defined so can be good or bad as not a set number of days.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to meet with leaders in my department and spend quality time asking them about the organization at the same time as they asked me about myself. To see that they genuinely enjoy the organization was positive.
