Some leadership is very nice while others show favoritism and act like your capability to do your job doesn't matter

The 401K match is a generous 5% and vests immediately. I also enjoy the Wellness Benefits, through which I can earn hundreds of dollars for simple activities like reaching my daily step goal.

I got to talk to people I would be working with.
I appreciated the early access to the hiring manager. Some companies put you through several phone screens before you get to meet with the person who will manage you/hire you.
