Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The confusion around RSUs is counter to all the other values which are great at Quick Base. The restricted sharing and lack of clear communication about them makes you feel like you are just an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It would be nice to have monthly perks for reaching certain goals or whatnot. Maybe a way to earn something to cash in for a gift card. Knowing that I am paid competitively would be good too.
