Positive Reviews From Quickbase Employees

  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    The flexibility to work remotely.
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is transparent and clearly communicates company goals.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is an expert at what they do. They're quick to give feedback and to lend help.

Constructive Feedback From Quickbase Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The confusion around RSUs is counter to all the other values which are great at Quick Base. The restricted sharing and lack of clear communication about them makes you feel like you are just an employee.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have monthly perks for reaching certain goals or whatnot. Maybe a way to earn something to cash in for a gift card. Knowing that I am paid competitively would be good too.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission plans are not clear or obtainable. This makes the OTE more than difficult to obtain.
