RaceTrac, Inc. Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation and sick time after a year. Two weeks of both

The Healthcare benefits have helped tremendously.

affordability and how many benefits there are

My pay alone is great. Most people think "oh its just a gas station". But, Between the raises, and now overall comp, Racetrac definitelt pays their employees fairly. And the benefits are great too. You can decide everything or nothing youd like to have covered. I just wish theu had pet insurance.

401k is awesome ! Love the matching

dental package and raise package

Then taking the money out my check instead of me having to come back outta pocket to pay for the benefits

I would feel better if I made a living wage for the hours I dedicate to the business.

Lowest wages in the industry

A manager should be paid more.

A livable wage and a chance to increase pay by tenure and experience. Expectations should not increase while the pay stagnates. A required $65 RaceTrac brand jacket for the privilege of warmth on the property makes it fairly obvious how unaware the highest-ups are of their employees

A pay raise and adequate staffing.
