What makes you most happy at work?
When i can work without a lot of side conversation
Completing task makes me feel accomplished
I like the flexibility of everything.
Being able to get along with my team members and work toward a common goal
interacting with customers especially regulars
Just staying busy and learning new skills
The people I work with, the development, the mentors (not bosses) I get to learn from. The transparency from our home office, the included mindset for everyone.
My pay checks aren't awful
I used to enjoy my job but over time I feel like I have been expected to do more work (I’ve been with the company over a year so I’m given more responsibility because I’m more competent than my coworkers) but my pay hasn’t gone up along with the respons
Seeing customers smiling and saying have a great day back to me

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
its lousy and boring and needs more care
People are the most important aspect, without them and their contributions, there would not be anyone to serve the guest. People are commodities not a dime a dozen. Keep the good ones that work in fulfilling the company vision. This did not happen at my store.
Management needs to be more open with new ideas
