Constantly short handed. Weve had MULTIPLE employees call out an excessive amount of times and HR acts as if they're too scared to fire folks. Everyone is replaceable, so let them go and find employees who want to work.

My pay checks aren't awful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better hourly rate. Bonuses should be more and GM's need a RAISE

They are guest focused and seems to have the better interest for everyone
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a zoomninterview and it went well. But the recruiter wouldnt keep in contact with me. I had to keeo him constantly on his toes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are there to run a business. In store employees are the backbone of the company so why on earth are remote employees and home office employees making considerably more? If it wasnt for your associates, shift managers, co managers and GM NO ONE wouod have a iob
