Weaker employees should be coached better (more one on one attention) and not promoted until they are fully trained.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management should be more focused on the wellbeing of each of their employees rather than micromanaging everything and over working adults who can’t pay their bills on the low wages the company pay

What makes you most happy at work?

I used to enjoy my job but over time I feel like I have been expected to do more work (I’ve been with the company over a year so I’m given more responsibility because I’m more competent than my coworkers) but my pay hasn’t gone up along with the respons

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work is more demanding than what we are compensated for. We should either be required to do less work (we’re garbage men/women, froyo workers, cooks, and clerks for just the pay of being a clerk) or employees should be paid more because there is a lot expected of the
