My vacation time after 15 years is finally close to industry standards.
My overtime is pretty good. It is time and a half.
the Health INS benefits are the best
They have a Matching 401K and PTO
Not paid appropriately for my experience. Just given more work and less time and no help. Always had positive patient reviews and positive employee reviews but never compensated by a decent raise. They don't give raises often if at all. Here's an 80 cent raise for your stellar review. No joke.
Better paid benefits and vacation time
Yearly raises. Better 401K match.
I feel like a wear many hats in my current site, I never say no to anything that needs to be done. I excel at task and im able to prioritize. when it comes to pay I dont think higher management takes into consideration the reliability , they see titles across the board.

Getting compensation at a rate that's competitive with other companies will make me fell much more valued.
I feel undervalued because I was hired on the basis that I would be recognized. There is no recognition. Nobody in the company knows you, nor do they care to know you. Maybe, if I got paid better and had better benefits, I would not be complaining as much.
They continually add morr work with no extra pay. They undervalue staff and expext everything with nothing in return
Other medical organizations pay $14-15 more an hour! That's why I left. Less work, more pay
More compensation! And regular raises (even COLA) would make me feel better about my compensation.
WE SHOULD HAVE RAISES ONCE A YEAR AND BONUSES AT CHRISTMAS
