You're nothing but a number. Totally replaceable. Insurance is a joke.
VP of operations keeps his fingers in something he has no clue how to handle. Drivers come and go without even getting 1 trip to run. While the company spends countless amounts of money to hotel loaned Drivers after 6 months of his failed leadership. Hopefully some day the board will see this.
The company needs Better health insurance options.
