Need more help. Need to stop taking away employee benefits. Employees need to be shown they are valued.

More help. There are too few employees to do the hardest work and no additional employees to help anywhere. Managers are often doing employee level work to fill in the gaps.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership. You get promoted and think that you will lead a team and you end up doing the same work you were doing before. Often times more work than before.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team members were great. But now they are disgruntled. No one wants to work. All the employees that have been there forever and know everything are just counting the days to retirement. All the knew employees are worthless and clueless.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has taken away benefits. Our Christmas part and bonus were cut. Our health care benefits were cut because the company said they could not afford it.
