RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. Leadership needs to step down and the organization needs to reevaluate their priorities.

I would like to see them be more transparent with employees and funders and to embrace accountablity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to relinquish the power that they have and acknowledge they don't have the skills/expertise needed to accomplish the projects on their plate and address the communities they serve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a product expert on my team and held knowledge that no one else in the organization had. Despite this my recommendations were ignored, and I was under utilized.
