Prior to joining Lear, Mr. Wajsgras served as Corporate Controller of Engelhard Corp. from September 1997 to August 1999 and was employed in various Senior Financial positions at Honeywell International Inc., (formerly AlliedSignal Inc.), including the Chief Financial Officer of the Global Shared Services organization from March 1992 to September 1997. He has been a Director/Member of the Board of Advisors of Center For A New American Security Inc. since January 14, 2016. Mr. Wajsgras served as a Director of 3Com Corporation from December 12, 2003 to September 20, 2006. He is a Trustee of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the Corporate Executive Board and the Manufacturer's Alliance/MAPI, an education and research organization. Mr. Wajsgras earned his BS degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park and has an MBA in Finance from American University.
