Instead of being our guide, the management is our enemy instead. The managers are abusive and toxic, and they push employees away instead of leading us. This company needs to change its leadership because the current one is extremely awful.

If my compensation. increases, then great. But the priority, should be fixing the terrible management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to fully change. The current one is extremely toxic and hostile, and the only way to solve this is by removing the horrible and incompetent members.
