RealSelf Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are amazing. They are not overly priced for the quality of health insurance that you have. If you are the only person on your health insurance they pay your premiums for you. If you have a family, it is a lot less out of my pocket each month than any other place I have been at.

Compensation is on par with comparable companies with a few added benefits, such as $25 a month for home office expenses, $40/month for wellness.

Generous 401K matching. Good healthcare.

The paid time off. You get 4 weeks.

The commission structure gives extremely high rewards to hard efforts.

High base salary and great HSA contribution from the employer

I've worked at big (Amazon, etc) and other small startups. Truly some of the best benefits bar none. They take care of you, and include a lot of perks that even larger companies do not include.

Our employee benefits are AMAZING.

Review from HR Dept

I am paid more than most people in my role in Seattle

That it includes free health insurance, annual performance bonuses, and a decent PTO allotment.

I feel encouraged to take better care of myself since we are reimbursed for our gym membership.

I love knowing I make the same money as my male counterparts. I work for a company that openly discussed their efforts to close the gender pay gap.

Generous PTO package and insurance paid at 100%

They care deeply about us and our culture. We are given a work-life balance (which is hard to find in Seattle). The compensation is incredibly competitive and they provide us with incredible health benefits and the snacks don't hurt!

Benefits and Perks are amazing

Pays fairly to role expectations

I am finally paid fairly for the years of experience I have in my field.

Review from HR Dept

Commuter and gym benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Top 20% for salary/compensation, but combined with the great benefits, company culture, schedule flexibility & options it's hard to beat.

Review from HR Dept

Good combination of base and bonus.

Review from HR Dept
