Accept diversity in thoughts, not just race
Communication. Culture. Stopping fighting amongst themselves. Make a decision that sticks instead of requiring it to go through 7 layers execs and ending with no clear direction at the end of it. Trust your staff to do good work.
No equity, compensation higher for pre fang
Accountability and teamwork. Professionalism. Skillset. Not accusing others on their own team. Supporting eachother. A more streamlined process for working accounts and working together. More opportunities for facetime, team bonding, events during the work week.
Empowerment to make meaningful decisions that improve the product we deliver.
There's always room for improvement in communication and clarifying expectations!

The company culture has changed a lot over the last 12 months. This is often put down to "staff not being able to change with the new direction." However, this is generally a cop out by the exec team. There are plenty of companies who have fast growth and are successful at retaining great culture.

Discovery is poor, better investment in tech
Shake up the executive team and invest in leaders that know how to empower and aid in staff growth. Look at the general decline in Glassdoor ratings and instead of going on the defensive, learn from it and fix what's happening to the company. Learn to appreciate staff and listen to their feedback.
More clear paths for growth opportunities.
