Red Robin Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health care for workplace incidents

Tips and insurance are a great benefit.

Dental Insurance and wisely cards.

I dont even know what it is

I can be at ease

I'm not aware of the package

Health Insurance. There is no other compensation such as PTO right now.

Salary is good. Bonus plan is strong as well.

the paid sick day leave

401k, health, dental, etc, and rasises.

The flexibility is great and easy going.

The best part about our compensation package is the paid birthday and paid holiday leave along with sick says. We have the option for a 401k as well and they match every dollar deposited.

Review from Sales Dept

It is competitive with the industry.

Review from Sales Dept

I never received any comp.

We get our tips daily, after every shift.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am aware that any serving/bar tending job will be at minimum wage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If all team members where treated equally.

I have 3 years of restaraunt experince in my position.. and I was only offered minimum wage + shared tips. I really feel like i should have been able to have 50¢ or $1 higher than minimum wage due to my experience, but Red Robin instead offers a *possibility* for a raise after a year of employment

I was lied to repeatably about how I would be compensated, what and when benefits would be available, and about career advancement possibilities.

If I was paid a livable wage, or even the wage I was promised when I was hired, I would be less upset. If I had access to any benefits, or any free time, I would be less upset.

My work ethic, and appreciation of my work habits

Getting raises for the effort that’s put into the stor

Review from Customer Success Dept

Speak to staff with respect. You are not that important to be nice to your team!

Inventive, and managers that truly care about their team and restaraunt.

They don't explain anything and the training really needs to go on for more than 2 days 3 days tops that needs to go on and when you're cashing somebody out you should be able to ask somebody to help you or be shadowed every time you cash out so you're doing it properly

Review from Customer Success Dept

getting enough hours to see the full potential of my wage.

Its simple. People been here for years along with prior kitchen experience and new hires with little to none are hired at pretty much the same hourly pay

Review from Operations Dept

I should be making well over what new team members make but I only make $1 more being their several years. Insurance is expensive and payrolls inexperience to generate proper payroll deductions, calculate correct hourly pay and reimburse errors to employees timely is frustrating.

I don't want to *feel better* about my current compensation, I just want better wages for everyone. For all the money we pull in, we deserve a better cut. The top decision-makers and their shareholders line their pockets enough already.

Everybody that works at the murfreesboro Tennessee location feels undervalued. They have lost multiple employees because they don't treat their employees fair at all.

I do not have stocks. I signed up for benefits back at the beginning of the year and it is May and they still have not been activated.

I was not given the property opportunity to perform job task i was hired to complete when i was overqualified for position that i was given as Serivce Partner . Employees constantly being allowed to call out of work creating personnel issues

I technically do everyone elses job and my co workers are denied extra hours because the managers schedule me for extra hours that I never signed up for. I am currently only getting paid $9 + tips but if I'm going to be managing the restaurant it makes sense that I get paid more.

Everyone is working harder at RR without much compensation & not making bonus for a few years.

Because when a person puts away the supplies they should get payed more
