Just seeing happy customers go about their day and then light up whenever they get to eat at our restaurant and the tips themselves say everything as I have gotten a 100$ tip on five different occasions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management, Tim doesn't handle things well

Health codes are completely ignored and workers are not paid enough to care about the future of the company. It cannot be improved. The corporate staff are utterly incapable at their jobs.

Managers have frequently said "we don't give a f*ck about health code," demanded we put food that has fallen on the floor into the fryers and onto the grill to "sterilize" it, and treats the workers with absolute contempt. If customers knew this business, it would fail.

No respect for people who have experience

Passing up people who have worked for the company for years to be salary managers in your stores to hire outsiders who know nothing about the Rr culture. That’s something you have to experience to learn it. It’s not something that can be tau

Gm, leadership! Horrible people. They make the environment toxic! Shifts are based on how many surveys you get. You are rewarded shifts.

Cold food, 40 minute ticket times, toxic managers

I would like help looking in to the day I worked 10-30-2023 I feel like my manager stole my tips and my money for the day because he didn't explain himself and he told me to go home after everything happened

Just talk to everyone else. They will all agree how much they don't like a certain manager.

Bad managment , poor training.

The managers are bias and rude. They don't listen when we tell them we need product and then blame us for running out of it. They make us deal with guest complaints while they sit in the office and play on their phone. Or with each other..

If regional or corporate managers actually cared or listened to the employees but they don't and that's what's wrong.
