Everyone's pretty intelligent, great at what they do, and will do their part to teach you based on their own experiences. Everyone's also very friendly.

Everything. The atmosphere, the learning environment, the mentors, my hilarious coworkers, the fact that everyone has a voice, and my ability to carve my own path and drive company success.
