I think it's a part where we embrace open feedback and respect. We address every possible improvement by discussing problems and mistakes openly and respectfully, without assigning blame
Self-driven means that everyone knows and can handle their tasks without any micromanagement. However, it does not mean we work completely independently. We always actively ask for help and engage in discussions when necessary.
Transparency in communication at the monthly meeting, along with two-way communication, allows everyone to directly ask questions about the company (AMA) to all executives via Lattice. However, I'm not sure if it still exists since we deprecated Lattice
The challenges I encounter daily, such as support tickets, coding solutions, and addressing others' questions that are not routine, bring me satisfaction. I'm happy about this because I have improved and learned more new things than I did yesterday.
