Shannon Hernández leads Reputation’s legal department, including all areas of legal strategy, commercial, IP and privacy. She brings broad in-house experience advising global software and SaaS companies and leading high-performing legal teams. Most recently, Shannon served as Interim General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Sophos, where she led the legal teams handling go-to-market legal strategy, complex commercial and technology transactions, product counseling and M&A, and oversaw the company’s $4 billion acquisition by a private equity fund.
Shannon received her J.D. from Yale Law School and an undergraduate degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
