What does the leadership team need to get better at?
setting clear goals and giving direction
Taking into consideration the lives of the employees outside of work when changing schedules and other drastic changes that affect their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure would make this place ideal. Maybe offer a heavy discount for us to travel and write about them for the company.
The number of vacation days are not enough especially for a company who wants us to have a passion for travel
I feel that I work a lot (on paid holidays off, after hours, etc.) but there is no additional compensation since we are salaried but the salary is low and not reflective of the quality nor quantity of work done
yes, we do a lot for the company but feel very under appreciated.

Development in training and procedures
I would definitely love to see more growth within the next couple of years.
i would like more consistences
I would like to see real structure put into place, as well as clear paths for advancement.
I would like to see employee health benefits be more productive and affordable.
