New end of line boards and cobots being installed difficult to keep up managers constantly at cell checking in pestering people tyrn over rate is getting higher yet not being looked into and high rates of rsi Carpal tunnel syndrome now being reported and not being looked into

Undervalued because Compensation does not match cost of living, work load, stress and activities during the work day. I would feel better making a higher yearly salary with guaranteed bonus structure so I know what to expect in my paystubs

Team is just 2 people and 2 managers

Management doesn't care about employees. They only care about statistics and making money, disregarding any other work put in that helps make that money. They only see numbers and not the processes that make that money. "Go sell. Go do this. Go make money. Make X# calls." Nothing else matters.

Excited to join this company and my growing team! I have been met with great enthusiasm by peers and leadership across the globe as I get acclimated.
