Undervalued because Compensation does not match cost of living, work load, stress and activities during the work day. I would feel better making a higher yearly salary with guaranteed bonus structure so I know what to expect in my paystubs

Management doesn't care about employees. They only care about statistics and making money, disregarding any other work put in that helps make that money. They only see numbers and not the processes that make that money. "Go sell. Go do this. Go make money. Make X# calls." Nothing else matters.
