People only care about themselves and they have superiority complex
The company needs to pay it's people and stop trying to overwork them. They now install monitoring software because we are 5 years old. If you don't trust people don't hire them.
The company has become extremely POLITICAL environment . This is impacting ResMed's productivity quite substantially.
Less rounds and interviewers. Make it faster.
Customers our best asset to learn from them. The overall quality of the product (specially software) is low and can be improved significantly.
Hire back the amazing talent it laid off in previous rounds.
