What would you improve about your company's interview process?Just 3 pretty hard coding puzzles. Literally nothing else. No architecture design, no soft skills or culture fit questions, just doing 3 puzzles in rapid succession.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Industry is dying. Competitors are getting better product while RN is languishing and can't get past technical issues.
