My team is very knowledgeable and goal oriented. We have fun and still get the job done.

The employees really have a bond and make it feel like a community rather than just a workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct team leader is awesome and super great to work for. The overall manager of the department I am in is not very approachable, comes off as unfriendly and does not really listen to the people under him.
