Micromanager, mid-level management doesn't last long because they are overworked by him, he can't get his hands out of everything, and he's been here too long to really have a vision of a potentially thriving organization because he's still stuck in a world where the company was much smaller. Doesn't go to bat for employees or benefits (Revere Health has a board of directors comprised of doctors who approve things like pay increases or vacation accrual policies) and the CEO just lets the doctors continue to treat administrative staff as completely disposable.
