Management is caring and willing to help!
There is a very impressive leadership team. I was surprised to hear that the CEO meets with every new employee and takes time to get to know them and introduce himself. My manager has been very great as well. He has taught me so much and pushed me to becoming better. The leadership is great!
My direct supervisor is so sweet, and I enjoy working under her. It's literally everyone above her that makes things hard
Competent, knowledgable, responsive, caring, comitted
My direct team leader is awesome and super great to work for. The overall manager of the department I am in is not very approachable, comes off as unfriendly and does not really listen to the people under him.
Knowing how to do their job. Supporting their enployees, follow through
Better pay, listening to employees, being better educated
Doing their damn job. Their management philosophy is avoid the issue until the staff just figures it out, or until they absolutely have to do something. The administrator for our department only cares about RVUs. Doesn't give a damn about the staff or how we're doing.
Less micromanaging, more communication. GET TO KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEES
Cut the fat. So much waste and bad money management.
I am an intern, and it pays very well for an internship! I have been very pleased with the compensation and even more pleased with the experience and learning I am receiving.
I get a lot of money
The benefits are really great here. Especially the 401k benefit.
I do 3 peoples jobs and barely get compensated for one. It is not a livable wage for the amount of work or hours.
We do a ton of work ( and a lot outside of our scope) our compensation and treatment does not reflect this.
The fact that I do 3 people's jobs for the price of one. The fact that I asked for a raise and was given a lousy thirty cents an hour. The fact that employees are burning out. There's nothing keeping people here. The only reason I'm still here is because the doctor I work with directly is my friend.
pay increase for job done
I feel like we're asked to do so, so much. Being consistently understaffed and the fact that other clinics do offer more in pay
The team atmosphere is so great! Everyone is talented and fun to work with.
Our team takes time to meet weekly which helps us all stay on the same page! We have a great time working together.
I love my team! We are all very tight-knit and everyone is very talented and coordinated. We work well together and have a cohesive way of getting things done.
There are so many low quality MAs here. But some that go above and beyond.
experienced, hard working and loyal
Stop keeping bad employees. Paid better for better quakity employee
to have a better teamwork
I do have a few coworkers that make my entire day, but it is not worth me staying any longer
Food brought in often which is good
They do bring a lot of food in, which is great because we never stop a few of the coworkers make it survivable
Direct co workers are great. Flexibikity in schedule if appointments are needed etc.
Some of my co-workers. They bring food. That is it.

The interview process seemed positive. It appeared that they had good guidance and someone to actually train.
Seemed to be straight forward
The interview process was the best part. It seemed like it was going to be very straightforward and structured, but then they drop you as soon as you get hired.
It was quick, quick response
They not only asked about my professional experience, but wanted to get to know me personally as well. They were very caring and inviting!
Offer more competitive pay and more competitive benefits.
A few of the coworkers at my level without them, I would never have survived as long as I did
The people here are great!
my job and getting it done
Our patients and my co-workers
I enjoy time off the most
Bad leadership and egocentric work culture from doctors.
Too many things to list... hippa violations, bad culture, doctors being unaware if how business shouod actually run. Bad managers that lazk training.
