Seemed to be straight forward
The interview process was the best part. It seemed like it was going to be very straightforward and structured, but then they drop you as soon as you get hired.
It was quick, quick response
They not only asked about my professional experience, but wanted to get to know me personally as well. They were very caring and inviting!
They were willing to work with me and do a remote interview while out of state at the time. Even though I was the only remote interview, they didn't prevent that from considering me as a valued candidate. I was thrilled to be hired for the position!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Offer more competitive pay and more competitive benefits.
